Summary/Objective
The LVN Clinic Coordinator provides a variety of patient care activities.
Essential Job Duties

- Provides an appropriate clinic environment for patient care by maintaining the patient area in an orderly manner and maintaining neatness of the work environment.
- Provides assistance to physicians/providers with examinations, procedures, and patient education, as well as, performing patient care activities, including coordination of patients’ appointments.
- Documents all aspects of patient care according to Departmental Standards.
- Performs nursing skills effectively according to established standards of care, as well as demonstrates interpersonal competencies such as problem solving, negotiation, and conflict management.
- Interacts with physician practices, pharmacies and drug reps while always maintaining a professional level of conduct.
- Supervises the Clinic Coordinators while providing them with resources and guidance to ensure a smooth discharge and scheduling process.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
1-3 years of related experience.
