Description:
Provide direct supervision, guidance and leadership to all environmental staff members. Ensure that all services provided are comprehensive, proactive and appropriate to the needs of population served, meeting all regulatory and professional standards. Assist in the development and maintenance of efficient and appropriate environmental services. Serves as a member of the leadership team. Represent the Manager in the completion of functions related to Environmental Services. Estimated pay range for this position is $21.24 - $27.61 / hour depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees:
- High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
- Three years supervisory experience required.
- Previous Environmental Services experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Good interpersonal skills to work with diverse populations in a fast-paced crisis oriented environment.
