What You’ll Do:
- Accurately administer medications to residents following care plans and medical orders.
- Monitor residents for any side effects or changes in condition, ensuring timely communication with nursing staff.
- Provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, fostering trust and comfort.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver top-notch care and enhance the resident experience.
Qualifications You Bring:
- Completion of an approved Medication Aide training program and certification.
- Previous experience in senior care or healthcare is a plus.
- A passion for serving older adults with dignity and respect.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
🕒 Work Schedule: Full-Time: 7am-3:00 pm Every Other Weekend.
