As a Medication Aide, you’ll be a trusted partner in delivering person-centered care to our residents. You’ll ensure they feel safe, supported, and empowered—making every day brighter for them and for you.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Accurately administer medications to residents following care plans and medical orders.
  • Monitor residents for any side effects or changes in condition, ensuring timely communication with nursing staff.
  • Provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, fostering trust and comfort.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver top-notch care and enhance the resident experience.

 

Qualifications You Bring:

 

  • Completion of an approved Medication Aide training program and certification.
  • Previous experience in senior care or healthcare is a plus.
  • A passion for serving older adults with dignity and respect.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

 

🕒 Work Schedule: Full-Time: 7am-3:00 pm Every Other Weekend.
