Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and coordinate nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care and a positive team culture.
• Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans that promote health, comfort, and well-being.
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions, document changes, and communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff through coaching, encouragement, and clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
• Provide education, guidance, and reassurance to residents and their families.
• Advocate for the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of those entrusted to our care.

What We're Looking For

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in long-term care, senior living, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and support others.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
• Ability to remain calm, confident, and effective in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $41.00 per hour
