Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and coordinate nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care and a positive team culture.
- Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans that promote health, comfort, and well-being.
- Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident conditions, document changes, and communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare providers.
- Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
- Mentor and develop nursing staff through coaching, encouragement, and clinical leadership.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
- Provide education, guidance, and reassurance to residents and their families.
- Advocate for the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of those entrusted to our care.
What We're Looking For
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
- Experience in long-term care, senior living, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking abilities.
