Baptist Health is hiring for a Chaplain Lead at Baptist Beaches. This is a Full-Time Days position.
Chaplain Lead Job Duties:
- Provide Pastoral Care and Counseling, religious resources, and support groups for patients, patients' families, hospital staff, and physicians
- Function as an active member of treatment teams
- Respond to referrals from nurses, physicians, and local clergy
- Assist and collaborate with pastoral care staff, residents, students, and volunteers
- Develop efficient follow-up support plans for patients and their families.
- Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) required
Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 Years Chaplain/Clergy Experience Required
- 1-2 years CPE Residency Required
- Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) Required
- National Association of Jewish Chaplains (NAJC) Required
- National Association of Catholic Chaplains (NACC) Required
Education & Credential Requirements:
Master of Divinity Or Master of Pastoral Counseling Or Related Degree
