What You'll Do:
As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you'll help our patients regain mobility, restore function, and improve their quality of life through individualized treatment plans. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
· Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (bachelor's degree or higher).
· Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license.
· BLS certification.
· A passion for exceptional patient care and helping others achieve their rehabilitation goals.
