Summary
Job Description:
36 hours weekly/ 12-hour shift/ 7am
Assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients considering the special needs of pediatric and geriatric patients when indicated, assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse of the team/and or unit.
Essential Duties:
Personal hygiene
Routine vital signs
Routine care
Documentation of patient care in EMR based on scope of practice
Preferred Requirements:
1 year of experience
Successful completion of an Approved Aide Training Program
If not certified (SRNA) then at least 1 year experience in the field
