Environmental Services (EVS) & Linen Team Lead

Full-Time | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

We are looking for a dedicated Environmental Services & Linen Team Lead to join our overnight leadership team. If you enjoy mentoring others, leading by example, and taking pride in maintaining a clean and safe healthcare environment, we'd love to meet you!

As the EVS & Linen Team Lead, you will serve as an extension of the Environmental Services Leadership Team by providing guidance, direction, and hands-on support throughout the shift.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and direct workflow to ensure continuous departmental operations and prevent service gaps.
• Serve as a resource and role model for Environmental Services team members.
• Perform quality inspections and provide hands-on coaching and training.
• Support cleaning and sanitation of patient rooms, offices, waiting areas, meeting rooms, and other hospital spaces.
• Promote a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Represent the Environmental Services department with professionalism and outstanding customer service.

• 1–2 years of Environmental Services experience
• AND
• 1 year of restorative floor care experience or 1 year of sterile field experience

• 2 years of customer service experience
• 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• 1–2 years of hospitality experience
