Job Description:
Serve as the frontline communication hub for the hospital, managing incoming calls, directing inquiries, and providing assistance to callers. Ensure effective communication within the hospital, facilitating timely responses to inquiries, and assisting patients, visitors, and staff members with their needs. Professionalism, communication skills, and ability to multitask contribute to the smooth operation of the hospital's communication systems.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a healthcare setting preferred.
Additional education or certification in communication or customer service preferred.
