This position is responsible for the overall administration, management, direction and program development of the entity‘s rehabilitation services. The purpose is to assist BHSF in achieving strategic objectives, providing cost effective, compassionate and quality health care within the communities they serve. Estimated salary range for this position is $129932.84 - $168912.69 / year depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees:
- Bachelors.
- Occupational Therapist.
- CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Certification.
- Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Physical Therapist.
- Experience of 5 years or more as a supervisor or manager of rehabilitation or other health care related services.
- Minimum Bachelors degree required.
- Advanced Masters degree in administration, business or a health care related field preferred.
- This position requires excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate people effectively.
