Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Little Rock, AR, for a Collector / Loan Officer. The role involves managing loan portfolios, ensuring timely payments, and offering personalized financial solutions to members. Responsibilities include reviewing loan applications, processing payments, contacting members for past-due accounts, and negotiating payment plans. Other duties involve analyzing financial documentation, ensuring compliance with credit union policies, and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of loan processing, reviewing financial documentation, and managing collections
- Experience with customer communication, conflict resolution, and providing excellent member service

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies
