- Places the patient in the exam room in prepared comfort position for the exam.
- Obtains patient’s vital signs
- Weighs patient
- Performs blood pressure check utilizing appropriate cuff size
- Records vital signs on patient form and in medical record
- Obtain SaO2 sat on new patients or as needed
- Performs PAP downloads whenever applicable
- Responds to emergencies in appropriate and timely manner and according to policy
- Assist with the responsibility of office flow
- Prepares equipment and supplies to be used during exam
