Seeking an entry-level Clinical Research Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the clinical research team.
Responsibilities
- Assist Clinical Research Coordinators with daily administrative, clerical, and data entry duties.
- Prepare study kits, lab supplies, and participant appointment materials.
- Maintain study participant schedules and assist with check-in procedures.
- Organize, file, and audit regulatory files and participant charts.
- Transport and process biological specimens following standard operating procedures.
- Perform inventory checks and restock clinical and laboratory supplies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
