We’re hiring a Physical Therapist for our Acute Care Rehab Department in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a Part-Time Days position located at Baptist South.
We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our Rehab Team at Baptist South. This position requires a candidate with at least 1 year of recent experience working in an acute care setting, and experience in ortho and neuro care. This is a Part-Time opportunity working Day Shift, 24 hours per week (3 8-hour shifts) - to include regular weekend (Saturday and Sunday) coverage.

*Active BLS from the American Heart Association and licensure from the FL Department of Health required*

Physical Therapist, Acute Care, Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluates, plans, directs and administers physical therapy treatment to patients.
- Provides patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.
- Oversees support staff. Participates in departmental operations and in performance improvement activities.
- Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines.
- Participates in mandatory education and licensure requirements.
