As a Lead Care Manager, you are responsible for:
- Coordinate and approve staff PTO/Holiday requests.
- Complete daily Case Management assignments (on-call assignements/weekend assignment requirements).
- Performing as a clinical resource and liaison to Case Management staff.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members.
