Highlights:
Summary : The Guest Coordinator Student shall be responsible to welcome guests in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner. The Coordinator shall greet every external guest from the parking areas, into the facility, and before departure from the facility. The Coordinator is responsible to assist guests with inquiries, directions, and initial questions regarding the facility or services. This individual shall support the visitor management plan that contributes to a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Additionally, the Guest Coordinator will identify visitors and issue visitor badges through the Visitor Badge software. The Coordinator will be responsible to monitor the assigned area and refer to Security for any visitors who are non-compliance with the visitor badge process. Guest Coordinators may escort patients and/or visitors to areas in the facility. The Guest Coordinator will monitor the assigned areas for housekeeping issues or safety hazards and report per facility process. During non-peak times, the Coordinator may assist with quick registration, specimen registrations, and kiosk operations. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.
Education/Experience:
Participation in a high school work-based learning program.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
Strong team leadership skills, strong organization, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
Must be able to meet strict deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, and excellent organizational skills.
Must be able to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to develop trust with leaders in the organizations.
Strong written and oral communication skills, proficient computer skills, proven track record of successful performance.
