Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure continuous operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Assist with facilities maintenance projects including residential painting, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Supervise or coordinate with contractors or team members during complex repairs or installations, ensuring safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields within manufacturing or residential environments.
- Strong electrical experience with the ability to read schematics and operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and mechanical drawings accurately.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork.
- Supervising experience is preferred to lead maintenance projects effectively.
- Knowledge of CMMS software for scheduling and tracking maintenance activities is advantageous.
- Customer service orientation to address internal client needs promptly and professionally.
