- Fluent in at least two languages (a major plus in luxury retail)
- Physically able to lift up to 25lbs occasionally
Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to driving store sales and achieving targets
- Provide exceptional customer experiences through superior product knowledge, warm service, and an impeccable representation of the Baobab Collection brand
- Develop new clients while nurturing and strengthening existing client relationships
- Help maintain a positive, supportive work environment
- Uphold the store's visual standards and ensure cleanliness and organization
- Assist with stock control, inventories, and operational tasks
- Process customer transactions, resolve POS issues, and ensure smooth operations
- Receive, prepare, and organize shipments and deliveries
- Support customer relations for US online orders
- Participate in organizing and executing brand events
- Engage with the local community and partner with neighboring businesses to foster a strong brand presence
