Executive Chef – Asian / Chinese Cuisine
Jackson, NJ (Relocation Assistance Available)
We are opening a high-volume Asian restaurant in Jackson, NJ and are seeking an experienced Executive Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up.
The ideal candidate has solid experience in Chinese cuisine, Sushi (Pan-Asian knowledge a plus) and can lead a fast-paced kitchen without compromising quality.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the restaurant opening
- Developing the menu and kitchen systems
- Managing food and labor costs
- Hiring, training, and leading the team
This is a hands-on leadership role with real creative input and the opportunity to build something from the ground up.
