Job Summary:
Banzai, the nation’s premier financial education software company, is seeking full-time applicants for a Customer Success Manager. Your main purpose will be to help build and nurture relationships with our customers and ensure their success with our products. You will act as a trusted advisor, manage all aspects of the client lifecycle and drive product adoption and customer satisfaction. This role is based in Provo, UT.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships based on trust and mutual understanding
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives, challenges and needs, and proactively identify how our products and services can best support their goals
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, guidance and strategic recommendations to maximize the value the receive from our offerings
- Manage all aspects of the client lifecycle, including onboarding, regular check-ins, business reviews and contract renewals
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, engineering, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and client needs promptly and efficiently
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years customer facing role, preferably in customer success or account management
- Experience managing post-sale relationships and driving retention
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite
- Comfortable speaking over the phone and video chat
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
- Track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Occasional travel may be required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe, Slack
- Experience with B2B or fintech environment
