Position Details

• Reports to: Managing Chef
• Schedule: Part-Time, three days per week
• Location: Cathedral City, CA (on-site)
• Compensation: $21 hourly
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen, adhering to national and local sanitary standards.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, ensuring thorough removal of food residue.
• Operate dishwashing equipment, including washers and sanitizing systems.
• Ensure proper storage of perishables and avoid food spoilage and waste.
• Assist with additional kitchen tasks as needed.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Food services experience in a residential setting.
