Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Engineer role located in Tampa, FL. The Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing building systems and infrastructure, conducting inspections, performing preventative maintenance, and responding to service requests. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing operational systems efficiently, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with colleagues to optimize building performance.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills related to building systems, repair, and maintenance
- Familiarity with safety standards, regulatory compliance, and energy management
- Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
