Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Building Engineer role located in Tampa, FL. The Building Engineer will be responsible for managing day-to-day building operations, including performing routine maintenance, addressing maintenance and repair needs, overseeing plumbing and facility systems, and executing preventive maintenance tasks. The role also involves responding to service requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of the building’s systems and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience in Building Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair activities
- Knowledge of Plumbing systems and related repairs
- Proficiency in managing Facility Management (FM) tasks and operations
- Skill in implementing Preventive Maintenance programs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Relevant certifications or training in building engineering or facilities management are a plus
