What are the responsibilities and job description for the Respiratory Therapist (RT) - Full Time and PRN Positions position at Banyan Pulmonary Services?
Description
This isn't your typical RT job.
For nearly 30 years, respiratory therapy has been missing from long-term care. We're bringing it back.
This is a new model of care — where you're not just treating symptoms, you're owning outcomes. You work with the same residents every day, track their progress, and build real relationships. No passing through like in a hospital. No hospital grind. Just respiratory care done right, with the time and autonomy to actually do it.
If you've ever wanted to see your impact over weeks and months instead of a single shift — this is it.
