Role Description The Wide Format Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lake Worth, FL, responsible for overseeing all aspects of wide format print and sign production. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing job workflow from proof to final output, operating and maintaining wide format printers, cutters, and finishing equipment, and ensuring print quality and color consistency. The role involves scheduling and prioritizing jobs, coordinating with sales and customer service teams, and monitoring inventory of materials such as substrates, inks, and laminates. - Quality control and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and consistency in finished products.
