This senior role demands a proactive leader with an extensive background in property management, particularly within luxury or high-end residential settings. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, enhancing resident satisfaction, and optimizing financial performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing multiple property operations ensuring quality, compliance, and high resident retention.
- Developing and managing property budgets, financial reporting, and achieving occupancy targets.
- Leading, mentoring, and supervising on-site teams to meet company standards and operational goals.
- Managing vendor relationships and overseeing maintenance and capital improvement projects.
- Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, safety, and other regulatory requirements.
- Implementing strategic initiatives to enhance community engagement and satisfaction.
Ideal candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of property management experience, with a focus on luxury multifamily housing.
- Demonstrated success in managing large properties or portfolios.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting and NOI management.
- Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- CAPS, CAM, or CPM certifications preferred but not required.
- Deep knowledge of relevant real estate laws and regulations, including Fair Housing.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
