Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems.

- Educate and communicate with residents about HVAC system use.

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC training program is desirable.
- A valid HVAC technician certification or license is required.
