- Conduct thorough lease preparation, including processing applications and conducting background checks, in compliance with Fair Housing laws
- Maintain follow-up contact with leads to encourage leasing decisions and close sales effectively
- Support marketing initiatives to attract potential residents through social media, networking, and community events
- Manage administrative tasks related to leasing, including maintaining up-to-date records of prospects and applications

Requirements
