Position Details:
- Reports to: Managing Chef
- Schedule: Part-Time, three days per week
- Location: Cathedral City, CA (on-site)
- Compensation: $21 hourly
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen, adhering to national and local sanitary standards.
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, ensuring thorough removal of food residue.
- Operate dishwashing equipment, including washers and sanitizing systems.
- Ensure proper storage of perishables and avoid food spoilage and waste.
- Assist with additional kitchen tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Food services experience in a residential setting.
