Banya is a social wellness club built around sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, and time to slow down and connect. People come here to take care of themselves, spend time with friends, and feel part of a community.

We’re looking for a warm, reliable Spa Attendant who enjoys welcoming people and keeping a busy shared space clean and cared for. You’ll help first-timers feel comfortable, get to know our regulars, and handle the practical work that keeps Banya running.

What you’ll do

• Welcome guests, check them in, and give first-timers a tour.
• Explain how the space works and help guests feel at ease.
• Answer phone calls and questions about bookings, memberships, and guest passes.
• Use Momence to manage reservations, process purchases, and support members.
• Keep the spa clean and stocked through laundry, cleaning, and regular rounds.
• Perform routine care on water features, including rinsing and changing filters, skimming tubs, and checking water levels.
• Serve canned mocktails and other refreshments.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Communicate with teammates about guest needs, maintenance concerns, and anything that needs attention.

• Answering calls, giving tours, and explaining memberships aren’t responsibilities you enjoy.
• Weekend availability and a minimum of 12 hours per week don’t fit your schedule.

This is an active role. Cleaning, laundry, and water-feature upkeep are a regular part of every shift, alongside guest interaction. Some shifts are quiet; others involve a steady flow of arrivals, questions, and tasks.

Experience in hospitality, customer service, fitness, or wellness is helpful. Familiarity with spa or gym booking systems is a plus. We can teach you our specific processes, but technology proficiency and confidence learning to navigate Momence are required.

Schedule

Part-time shifts, with a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week and weekend availability required. Please include your availability for mornings, evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays when applying.
