Bansmer Law is seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused Receptionist / Intake Coordinator to join our boutique family law office.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and confidently manages front-office operations while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answering and routing incoming telephone calls
- Greeting clients and maintaining a welcoming office environment
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments, including handling attorney and staff reminders throughout the day
- Sending intake forms and monitoring intake completion
- Managing general client communication
- Coordinating Zoom and telephone meetings
- Monitoring voicemails and ensuring timely communication with staff
- Maintaining accurate client records and contact information in Clio
- Maintaining digital organization of client files
- Processing and organizing documents from emails, mail, client portals, uploads, and other incoming sources
- Assisting with general office organization and administrative support
Requirements:
- Prior law office experience required
- Prior receptionist experience required

Pay is dependent on experience.
Office hours are from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
