Operations Coordinator (Customer Support & Order Management)

Banner Uniform Co. is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to be the central “go-to” person who keeps everything running smoothly. This is a critical role where you’ll act as the hub of daily operations—tracking orders, supporting customers, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll work directly with ownership and play a key role in driving execution across the business.

What You’ll Do
- Track and manage customer orders from start to finish
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep production and delivery on schedule
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure materials are ready
- Review vendor invoices for accuracy
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on quotes and orders
- Keep customers informed throughout the process
- Send follow-ups, format quotes, and maintain pricing
- Keep ERP/POS/CRM systems accurate and up to date
