Location: Parkside at South Tryon Apartments; Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Full-Time; Monday-Friday; Weekend availability required
Salary: $78,000-$80,000, based on certifications and experience
Incentives: Quarterly performance-based bonus program

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in market rate, multi-family property management, with proven skills in budgeting, financial analysis, leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in property management software (Yardi a plus).
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Physical ability to perform essential functions (walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 40 lbs., etc.).
- CAM or CPM certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for local job-related travel.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends, as needed.
