You will take full ownership of day-to-day maintenance tasks, unit turns, preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, and emergency response. Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to resident service requests and complete work orders efficiently. Perform regular unit inspections and implement preventative maintenance plans.Recommend capital improvements and assist with budgeting for repairs and upgrades.Coordinate with vendors and oversee contracted work as needed.Complete all phases of apartment turnovers (make-readies).Maintain curb appeal and perform light grounds keeping duties.Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, property staff, and colleaguesPhysical Requirements: Frequent walking, stairs, standing, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and reaching.
