We're looking for a hungry and driven Inbound Sales Representative to contribute to the growth and success of Banner. You'll play an integral part in making sure that inbound calls and leads are converted into new Banner Customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound Sales: Field incoming calls and transfers, converting prospects into customers.
- Existing Customers: Identify new solutions and opportunities for current accounts.
- Support Marketing Initiatives: Participate in campaigns and provide on-the-ground feedback.
- Enter Customer Data: Create and manage new customer accounts accurately.
- Resolve Concerns: Address and overcome customer objections with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years collections/AR experience preferred or 1-2 years accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite required
- Experience with CRM similar to Field Routes/Pest Routes or similar preferred
- Excellent customer service skills required, comfortability in dealing with customers over the phone
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to organize and plan responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Competitive Benefits and Compensation
- $15.00-$19.00 per hour base wage, Depending on Experience
- Commission pay based on key metrics and performance - no ceiling for commission! Expect to earn an extra $15,000-$70,000 per year in commission.
