The Underwriting & Operations Intern will gather and document business requirements, manage project timeline/deliverables, create user documentation, change management plans, and adoption strategies related to Project Skyline.
Responsibilities
Education
High School Diploma
Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree
Experience/Knowledge
Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power Point and Word.
Knowledge And Experience Using SharePoint Preferred.
1 year experience in business/corporate setting
Skills
Natural curiosity, inquisitive nature
Strong documentation skills/attention to detail
Capable of performing tasks with minimal supervision, managing their own time and priorities, and proactively seeking solutions, while delivering results.
Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
Innovative problem solver

The Underwriting & Operations Intern will gather and document business requirements, manage project timeline/deliverables, create user documentation, change management plans, and adoption strategies related to Project Skyline.
Responsibilities
- Load PIAs to record summary portal DigitalOwl, upload PIAs to digital platform Horizon, archive/unarchive PIAs to generate report, download PIA report, and re-load PIAs with portal error(s).
- Load DigitalOwl data to SmartSheet, load DigitalOwl Pass files, complete DigitalOwl Pass Horizon cards, and locate DigitalOwl summaries, as needed for auditors.
- Promote company culture by demonstrating our core behavioral competencies: Collaborative, Purposeful, and Straightforward.
- Other duties as required.
Education
