What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banner Urgent Care FNP Training Program - Casa Grande, AZ position at Banner Health?
Banner Health is currently seeking full time FNPs to join our Urgent Care team for our approved Training program for Banner New Grads. This will be a three month shadowing/mentoring program with 13 shifts per month encompassing clinical, didactic and SIM training.
MUST be enrolled in the program with fulltime hours. Training program is only available in selected locations, based on availability of staff. ALL locations, open 7 days a week. Business hours are 8am-8pm. 1676 E McMurray Blvd Ste 1, Casa Grande, AZ 85122
Requirements:
- MUST have experience in Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, or Urgent Care as an RN/FNP.
- Only candidates available to work in the Casa Grande area, will be considered for this position.
- NPs MUST have National NP Certification (AANP or ANCC), BLS, and ACLS.
- Medical procedures: sutures, I&D, women's health, etc.
- Ability and desire to thrive in a patient-centric environment.
- Must be able to contribute to weekend and late shifts as part of flexible scheduling.
