Position SummaryThe F&I Manager is responsible for securing financing for customers, presenting aftermarket products, and ensuring all transactions are compliant with federal, state, and dealership regulations. This role is critical in maximizing profitability while maintaining a best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Present and sell finance and insurance products
Secure financing through lenders and financial institutions
Ensure all deals are structured for maximum profitability and compliance
Maintain strong relationships with banks and lending partners
Accurately complete all paperwork and submit deals in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Work closely with sales managers to finalize deals
Deliver a transparent, professional, and efficient customer experience
Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on industry changes
Qualifications
2 years of automotive F&I experience required (Ford experience preferred)
Proven track record of strong product penetration and profitability
Strong knowledge of dealership finance processes and compliance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
