What You’ll Be Doing

As a Host at Banner Elk Cafe, you’ll be the first smiling face our guests see when they walk through the door. Your role will be essential in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Answer phones and assist guests with takeout orders.
• Manage the waitlist system and rotate seating sections efficiently.
• Keep the front door and host areas clean and organized.
• Update daily special sheets and outdoor chalkboards with new information.
