Position Description
Banner Defense is looking for a SCRM Compliance and Continuous Monitoring Lead, who will be responsible for executing analytical tasks using both techniques and processes. This includes utilizing analytic tools, techniques, and processes for technical and/or administrative support activities, ensuring that all requirements are met in accordance with agency protocols, contracts, and government regulations
Responsibilities
- Review and execute all SCRM Monitoring and Compliance activities, to include production management, RFI reviews, training, scheduling, and personnel actions.
- Present SCRM equities as required, in meetings and presentations to MDA leadership and program management, as well as provide periodical updates to government leadership.
- Provide continuous monitoring reviews on previously vetted companies and components, identifying new information that may impact the risk determination.
- Host weekly production meetings with the SCRM team and government lead.
- Provide information to the customer in the 30-day SITREP for CM SCRM.
- Attend weekly SC2RM meetings and present CM reports.
- Attend DDIQ, Microelectronics DLA, and Supply Chain and Risk Management DoD WG meetings.
- Schedule and assign new RFI's and CM RFI's and coordinate between team members and with Counterintelligence, Cybersecurity, Continuous Monitoring, Intel, Industrial Security, and the program.
- Track and update all supplier information, RFI's, and CM RFI's.
- Research, analyze, and prepare RFI's using open sources consisting of data and vendors used by various programs.
- Review, analyze, and update Continuous Monitoring RFI's that are sent to various programs.
- US Citizenship
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years' experience working on a missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program
- Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated Govt/Industry multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Security/CI field is preferred.
