BANN Home Electrical & Heat Pump Services is a licensed residential electrical and heat pump contractor based in Brunswick, Maine. We've been serving Southern Maine homeowners for 6 years — from panel upgrades and EV charger installs to Mitsubishi heat pump systems. We're an Efficiency Maine Approved Partner and a tight operation run by a working owner who knows the trade. We do the work right, we take care of our customers, and we take care of our team.
We're growing, and we need a skilled journeyman who wants to earn more than a flat hourly wage.
The Pay
Base pay: $32–$42/hr depending on experience and license level.
Top performers who run jobs the right way — presenting options, closing add-ons, and delivering a great customer experience — can earn up to $100,000 a year with our performance pay program.

What You'll Do
- Residential electrical service work — troubleshooting, panel upgrades, circuit additions, fixture and device installs
- EV charger installations (ChargePoint, Leviton and others)
- Heat pump electrical connections and commissioning support
- Running jobs independently and representing BANN professionally with homeowners
- Presenting options and add-ons to customers in a low-pressure, service-first way
What We're Looking For
- Valid Maine Journeyman Electrician license — non-negotiable
- Clean driving record
- Residential service experience — you're comfortable working in occupied homes
- Self-starter who can run a job from start to finish without hand-holding
- Someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely wants to earn more
