What You’ll Do:
- Process invoices, expense reports, and credit card transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving discrepancies as needed
- High Volume GL Coding
- Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records and documentation
- Prepare and process payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–3 years of accounts payable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
