CLIENT RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (TREASURY MANAGEMENT) - MANKATO, MN

Incumbent is responsible for establishing new and increasing existing client account relationships through sales and referrals of retail and business lines of bank products and treasury management services. Responsible for effectively managing existing clients to support the retention and growth of the relationship. Collaborates with Commercial Lenders and bank officers to recommend, market, and implement Treasury Management products and/or services to clients.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Daily responsibilities include cross-selling bank products, responding to client requests, and performing daily office responsibilities and tasks such as account transactions, account maintenance and client correspondence.
• Collaborates with commercial lenders and bank officers to recommend, develop, implement, and sell Treasury Management products and/or services to clients.
• Initiate outbound treasury management communication to business clients.
• Manage portfolio of depository business customers.
• Opens deposit account products to include Checking & Savings Accounts, Certificate of Deposits, IRA Plans and Safe Deposit Boxes.
• Identify and interview consumer loan applicants, gathering pertinent information to underwrite consumer loans per loan policy. Analyze consumer loan requests by evaluating client financial status and credit history to determine credit worthiness.
• Document loan files as required by loan policy.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in retail & business banking, treasury management sales, and/or consumer lending is required. A demonstrated track record of establishing new relationships through various channels is required.
• Experience with Fiserv Premier preferred.
• Self-motivated individual with strong sales and business development skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of treasury management solutions and operations.
