BANK TELLER (PART-TIME 20-24hrs) – SARTELL, MN
BankVista works to build lasting relationships with our clients. Our Bank Tellers are key in helping us to accomplish this. We have an opening for a full-time Bank Teller in the Sartell location. The Bank Teller position is responsible for providing clients with prompt, courteous, efficient, and high-quality service consistent with bank standards.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Assists clients with all routine transactions including teller transactions. Perform teller duties accurately including daily balancing, utilizing TCR machine(s) and using proper teller tickets.
- Performs account services including assisting clients with loan and deposit balance and transaction inquiries, cashier’s check purchase, gift card purchases, coin deposits, check orders, safe deposit box entry, etc. according to bank policy and/or procedure.
- Prepare, scan, and balance daily teller transaction tickets for end of day processing.
- The Sartell branch is open 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday 8:00am to 12:00 pm. Hours will include rotating Saturday's (approx. every fourth weekend). Hours worked on Saturday's are paid at time & a half. Candidates must be available to work approximately 20-24 hours per week during these time frames.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 1 year demonstrated cash handling or client service experience is required. Must be proficient in a Microsoft Windows environment using Excel and MS Word. Experience with Fiserv Premier Software preferred. Incumbent must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and acute attention to detail. Must have excellent interpersonal skills where incumbent maintains a pleasant, courteous and helpful attitude toward clients and other employees. Must have ability to prioritize tasks.
COMPENSATION
Starting at $18.00 per hour, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications (DOE).
