What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAD Drafter position at Bankson Engineers, Inc.?
About the Position
We are seeking one candidate with training and/or experience in utility pipeline and site development design. The candidate will prepare site plan drawings, property boundaries and prepare plan and profile drawings for water and sewer pipelines. Training and/or experience preparing drawings for water and wastewater treatment plants and pump stations, water storage reservoirs, bridges, and other infrastructure improvements will be considered a plus. The candidate will work with a team of surveyors, professional engineers and other CAD operators. The scope and complexity of work assignments will be appropriate to the skill and experience of the candidate.
Qualifications
The candidate must be proficient in the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience working in the water utility, wastewater utility, or site development design fields is a plus. The candidate must have strong math and software skills. A high school diploma is required. An associate degree or graduation from a technical drafting school will be considered a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
