Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Hours of work are flexible, generally during morning/afternoon. Some before and after hours work is expected based on needs of the facility will be a requirement.
Travel
Some travel to satellite offices is expected for this position.

- Main point of contact for alarms and responds promptly to emergencies
- Performs routine maintenance on facilities and makes repairs as needed.
- Schedules preventative facility maintenance with vendors.
- Oversees and supervises the quality of work by vendors and contractors.
- Documents vendor appointments and maintenance performed
- Meets weekly with the facilities team to ensure all projects remain on schedule.
- Ensures cleanliness and safety of interior and exterior areas.
- Ensures facilities are prepared for inclement weather.
- Collaborates with the facilities team to ensure facilities’ needs are met timely.
- Perform repairs according to work orders or verbal instructions while identifying and ordering parts/components needed to complete the task.
- Work with vendors, contractors, and onsite staff to ensure all repairs are completed successfully.
- Performs basic plumbing/electrical repairs including but not limited to changing light bulbs, replacing ballasts, and installing outlets/fixtures.
- Perform carpentry and minor construction projects including but not limited to installing and/or repairing drywall, carpet tiles, cabinetry, countertops, shelves, and paint.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment including but not limited to debris/trash removal, heavy lifting/moving of materials and furniture, floor sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education And Experience
- High school diploma.
- One year of administrative experience.
- Two or more years of related work
