Your focus will be on finding and closing deals with originating lenders who sell loan participations. If you are a closer who knows how to get a deal done, read on!What You’ll DoThoroughly learn and embrace the Participate vision, mission, and sales process; and be able to articulate the Participate product benefits, features and value-add propositionGenerate high-quality leads with executives in the C-Suite and Loan Operations, demonstrating the benefits of automating the financial institution’s existing participation loan portfolioWork across teams and functions to ensure all prospects receive the highest quality, personalized product demoBuild a funnel of prospective FI customers and run the end-to-end sales process for each dealUpdate the CRM system daily, documenting all interactions and sales activitiesTravel to prospective clients for in-person meetings and demonstrationsQualifications and Experience5 years’ experience in new revenue generating role with a strong track record of creating leads and closing dealsExcellent listening and communication skillsHigh energy, goal-oriented, and drivenAbility to work well in a team environment as well as independentlySome exposure to loan participations is a plus but not requiredExperience with Microsoft Office Suite and one or more CRM systems requiredBachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field preferredMust be able to travel 2 weeks per monthDiversity, Equity and InclusionBankLabs is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
