What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deposit Review Representative position at BankFirst Financial Services?
BASIC PURPOSE: Assist in the review of documents provided by customers to open, update, or gain access to accounts, ensuring that compliance is maintained.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
As a Deposit Review and Compliance Representative, you will be an essential member of the BankFirst Operations team. As such, you will provide support to frontline staff with a variety of deposit related needs, including, but not limited to:
- Review and verify documentation required for opening new Trust, Estate, and accounts with Power of Attorney..
- Review and verify legal documentation.
- Consult with legal council as needed
- Provide support to frontline branch personnel.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Review new accounts for accuracy and ensure compliance
- Review a variety of maintenance on accounts to ensure accuracy
- Performs multiple tasks, duties, and jobs within the department that pertains to Deposit Operations
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS: Must have good computer skills, specifically Excel, Word, Adobe Sign. Should be detail oriented and be able to multi-task. Have excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
