Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kansas City, MO for an ATM Service Technician. The ATM Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing field service for ATMs and related equipment. The role also involves ensuring exceptional customer service during service visits and interactions.
Qualifications
- Maintenance & Repair skills, including experience with ATMs
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Field Service experience
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Experience with security products is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred
