Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Agent located in Richmond, VA. The Insurance Agent will engage in day-to-day responsibilities such as assisting clients with insurance sales, providing financial guidance, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing tailored insurance solutions. The role includes evaluating client needs, presenting insurance options, and maintaining long-term client relationships to help them achieve financial security and peace of mind.
Qualifications
- No experience required! We will pay for your training and licensing
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- State-required insurance licensing, or willingness to obtain it
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in financial services or related fields is a plus
